Local Dorper Lamb Tallow
Our brand was born from the fact that we only specialise in the Dorper Sheep breed.
These sheep do not produce any wool and shed their fiber when needed allowing them to put all their energy into producing a deep rich flavorsome and tender meat and better quality fat for use as Tallow.
Our tallow is carefully prepared for use as a flavoursome cooking oil, with a high-smoke point. Perfect for roasting potatoes and veggies!
